This has to be the hippest little one year old I have met. Not only did she have orange boots, stripey tights and a gorgeous knit dress, she had a traditional Korean Hambok, which is worn to celebrate the first birthday. How cool is that! And then she comes out in her holiday dress, all wrapped in fluffy white goodness. Yummer! Of course she was a’walkin and a’talking the whole time…
We took these photos right in their front yard – they live in some fabulous condos right on the river in St. Paul. This was probably one of the last warm days of fall – fantastic sun. OK, I know mom is chomping at the bit to see her photos, so here you go!

ok, so technically it is past midnight as I’m posting this, but I figure I haven’t yet gone to bed tonight, so that still qualifies as today. Right??? This is the final mini-session posting, and what a way to go out – with this blond beauty!
I’ve been photographing this little sprite since shortly after she was born, and she just gets sweeter each time I see her. Course she wasn’t too interested in having her picture taken – she just wanted to run! Right into the street when she caught on that her daddy had snuck away! Can you believe her long locks? Scrumptious!
until next time…

is my two front teeth. I LOVE photos of kids with missing teeth!!! Both of these sisters have nice big gaping holes right now, and they’ve got the biggest, most beautiful smiles. And smile they did!!! Thanks for a fun mini-session!
The kids are off school right now, and while Elliott naps, I’ve bribed Ollie and Bea with the best ammunition I have. They’re sitting in back of me playing back-to-back Weird Al videos on the laptop. Of course the geek in me just wants to sit back and watch alongside the kids… I guess Weird Al is the hottest thing right now among 8-year-old boys. Every generation must need their Weird Al fix. Rock on.
Until tomorrow – one more mini-session…

Here we go – post three from our mini-sessions! These two were just the sweetest young things. What fun I had taking their photos – playing in the leaves, talking about birthday parties and generally giggling. Little [C] kept cuddling up to her big sis – such a great connection they have! Just look how [M] is looking down at her little sister in this first photo – SUPER SWEET! [M] just turned 5 this week – happy birthday!!!

Here we are on the second mini-session posting. I decided to sit out this presidential debate and work on this posting instead. So the last time these boys had their “photos taken” together was when they were 6 and 3 years old. That would be 7 years ago! Let’s get this family some new pics!!! These two boys were fantastic – charming, sweet, and full of antics. Look for our little critter friend, who paid us a visit towards the end of the session.
Enjoy.
