Beatrice has a new best buddy. I mean, she has a lot of best buddies. Definitely a people person – loves loves loves her playdates. She’s made a new friend down the street, and for the past few days, they’ve been inseparable. Dinner together, extended playdates past her bedtime, the whole shebang. It’s absolutely adorable. Do note the stripes and floral print. Her signature style.

Here’s a photo of the piñata my husband and kids made for our “Cinco de Mama” Mother’s Day celebration. I’m hoping the whole premise of whacking the Mama over the head with a bat to get candy was lost on the kids!

It’s a late night for me, but I just wanted to post a couple more photos from my mini-sessions at the Java Train. This was really the perfect location – lots of variety, good shady spots, colorful graffiti wall, a beautiful red door, and… ICE CREAM!!!
