I loved working with these three families to photograph some time with grandma and her grandkids. Grandma had such a warm, calm, loving presence, it was such a joy to capture them all playing together. Thanks to all of you for making the trek to my studio in downtown Minneapolis for a fun session!
Sweet Norah, in her little red gingham shirt and jean skirt. But even sweeter than the red gingham was the antique white dress she wore at the end of the session - it used to belong to Norah's great-great-great-grandmother. So precious on her. I can't wait to meet her new little brother in a couple weeks! I just got some amaaaaaazing news this morning, and I'll blog about it soon, but if you want to get the dish early, head over to my facebook page ("like" me if you haven't already!) and read about it there!
p.s., if you missed Norah's first appearance, check it out!
I recently got together with an exceptionally talented fiber artist and photographed some of her hand spun and hand dyed yarn and fiber. She has her own Etsy shop where you can purchase her beautiful work. She's also an art history teacher, and takes much of her inspiration from works of art. We photographed some of her fiber next to it's artistic inspiration. Check her out!
